Should I go with a 10" or 12" Kicker Solo-Baric L7 Series?

I have a 2003 GMC Sierra 1500 ext.cab. I will be putting these speakers under my back seats. I was wondering if anyone has put 12" square kickers under the seats and still be able to sit on the seats. I would prefer to get 12" but I don't know if they will fit. If it is not possible I will go with 10" kickers.
