Should I get a used Rockford Fosgate Prime R1000-1D or a new Hifonics Brutus Brz1700.1?

I plan to run my subs at 2ohm .The Rockford Fosgate runs 1000 rms @ 2 ohm. The owner says its never been used but he had it in display in his shop he says its worth $400 and I'm getting it for $200. The Hifonics Brutus runs 1,200 rms @ 2ohm. I could get ether for the same price. What should I get ? Also the Hifonics is CEA rated do handle 1ohm and that could be nice to use some day :) 1700 rms @ 1 ohm. Idk what to get?
