I'm allergic to wheat, dairy, nuts, and rice.
So naturally, I have a limited choice of foods.
I'm official *sick* of chicken.
But then where can I get my source of protein, if not from chicken?
I can't drink milk, so where do I get my calcium?
Should I go back to eating chicken, so I can stay healthy?
I know I have to eat at least six times, but in small portions throughout the day.
What is out there for me to eat that can help me stay healthy?
