Should I buy Bose speakers for my car?

I saw this commercial on TV that about Bose speakers. I like it and I want to get them and Install them in My car, I don't know how much work it would take to install them apart from the cost of buying it. Is it worth it, How about buying it for home, Is it worth getting Bose if you have a big LCD TV?
