These are just the settings i used on a XV6600 that worked here for reference to help those who need it.
Setting Up WAP on Verizon XV6600
Step 1 Click Start
Step 2 Phone
Step 3 Type ##3282 Talk
Step 4 Enter in SPC 000000
Step 5 Remove Anything in NAI
Step 6 Click No IP
Step 8 Click the OK button
Phone will restart
First Part is Complete
Step 1 Go to Start>Settings>Connections>Connections, Under My Work Network click Add New Modem Connection..
Step 2 I named mine Cricket_WAP, you can name it whatever you want. Make sure the modem is on Cellular Line.
Step 3 Click next, Enter #777 and Click the next Button
Step 4 for user name put [email protected] enter cricket for the password
Step 5 Leave the domain blank and click finish, now go back to your connections and click Manage Existing Connections then click Proxy Settings.
Step 6 Select the box that says This Network Connects to the Internet. Select the box under it as well * This Network Uses a Proxy Server
