Hey gang...
I currently have a Nokia 6600, with service from T-Mobile. Over the time I've had it I've come to be quite fond of the Series 60 platform; I've loaded up my phone with a bunch of nice software that really makes it more pleasant to use.
I can't say I've had the same pleasant experiences with the phone's form factor, though. The 6600 is big enough to feel clunky, and its candy-bar design means I have to always remember to lock the keypad when I drop the phone into my pocket, or it starts randomly dialing people in my address book if it gets bumped the wrong way. Not cool.
So I'm trying to find what seems like would be the perfect phone: an S60 device in the flip-phone style, rather than candy-bar. This appears to be easier said than done, though: I can't find any devices fitting this description in T-Mobile's lineup, and other carriers seem similarly deficient. The only exceptions are super expensive Nokia E-series devices, and I can't justify shelling out $400.
So, I come to the experts for advice. Anyone know of a decent, inexpensive, Series 60 flip phone you can get in the USA?
