Season 3 Discussion Thread #1- Because we had a good year, even if it's only May

That's true about needing the DVDs. I get them all on iTunes, so I guess I forgot that the DVDs aren't out yet. Well, we can work on that in August or whenever the DVDs come out.

So, as far as we can tell right now, how do you all think season 3 ranks among the other two seasons? I personally think it's not quite as good as season 1, but better than season 2.
 
I will also have to rewatch to figure them all out, but I've thought of another to add to the list:

Season 3 Discussion Thread​

So, season 3 is officially over now. As sad as we all are that we will have to wait until next fall for some more new 30 Rock, we also had an absolutely fantastic year. We have individual episode discussions for each season 3 episode, but I figured we might like to discuss the season as a whole. To kick off discussion, I thought it might be fun to give some season superlatives. Some that I came up with are:

Best New Guest Star
Best Recurring Guest Star
Best Musical Moment
Best Jack Scene/Storyline
Best Liz Scene/Storyline
Best Tracy Scene/Storyline
Best Jenna Scene/Storyline
Best Kenneth Scene/Storyline
Most Valuable Actor- like Most Valuable Player in sports, the actor who contributed the most to the show's success this year
Unsung Hero- the actor who isn't recognized enough for their fantastic performances

I thought this might just be a fun way to look back at the season as a whole and think about all of the little pieces we'd forgotten about. You don't have to do the superlatives at all, or you don't have to do all of them, or you don't have to do just the ones I've listed here. Again, I figured this might be a fun way to reminisce about great season we've had and to kick off some discussion about the season as a whole.

ETA: We'll probably hold off on the superlatives until the DVDs come out and people can rewatch them. Still, if anyone wants to discuss the season, we can do so here.
