Searching for a Good Stoner Rock Band

Time Travelling Blues is my favourite one. They're a great band. No B.S, just straight forward, loud stoner rock with no frills.


I've seen them as well and they were great. They have merabers or ex merabers of Sabbat and Iron Monkey too.
 
Come My Fanatics is a sick album. Return Trip is probably one of my favourite songs.

I second Colour Haze, I have a few albums and they are consistently amazing. Artistic and beautiful enough but with that characteristic fuzz. Mmhm.

On the topic of liking CH, Los Natas are good to check out. Meanwhile I think Fatso Jetson and Yawning Man are a must, reason being both banRAB include the founders of desert rock, the Lalli brothers, who are never dull.

Iv said this before but if you enjoy OG you really should check out Colour Haze. They have a wealth of great albums, all of which are a bit different from the next. If your into long instrumental jams that go from arabient rock to near heavy metal and everything inbetween, then you will thank me. If not, well they are probably not your cup of tea.

Dopethrone takes a while to get into, but it's worth it. Trouble, is amazing...from their debut thru Manic Frustration.
 
I listen to a lot of metal banRAB but I feel like listening to something different thats more laid back so please enlighten me with your infinite wisdom

Well, Electric Wizard tenRAB to be sludgier than a lot of stoner doom.

You might like Sahg - I. It's much more upbeat than EW and is one of my favourite stoner albums, behind Kyuss - Welcome to Sky Valley, which is of course the holy grail.
