Screen Select (DVD rental)

I'm on my fourth month with them and everything is going well. Until just before Easter, that is. They really start slacking, they receive discs I sent on the same day on 3 different dates, and now I haven't received one for over a week (where I used to get 6).

I'll give them the benifit of the doubt as perhaps with Easter the Postal Services could be quite busy. Although I have to say that the things I sold on eBay and sent this last week arrived on time.

To add my 2p worth, I joined screenselect.co.uk, fast service, they have made two error's since I joined them, once was a p0rn film in a Buffy case, apology made so no biggy, 2nd was a 3rd party company they used accidently sent mailout revealing our email address, again they apologised and explained everything fully, and the MD of the company mailed.
 
I got a load of spam and virus mails after that accidental e-mail went round. Luckily I had a virus protector. Anyway, I kept forwarding every single one to the MD. He ended up giving me a free month of 3 disc rental.

Their service is going down hill, i.e. takes 2 days to send out discs now. Their customer service is good, I complained and told them I wanted Pirates of the Caribbean or I'd cancel. They sent it out. Now, seeing as that was on my list and they had it in, why didn't they send that to me in the first place.
 
Have you got anymore info on the e-mail that was sent out? I'm with screenselect but have not heard about this e-mail, however the spam mail I'm receiving has got much worse lately :mad:
