Scarriest Movie You Have Watched

It is a truly awful film. But saying that, I was scared at the beginning. The only time that it is freaky is when they see the guy putting the body down the hole, and he falls down there. It just gets more lame there on in.

the BWP is as scary as your imagination lets it be...
The mcpherson tapes gave me chills..(the whole "its real" aspect made it so)

i watched "DEAD END" yesterday..although not a great film..there is no in your face horror or gore, so it lets you dictate how scary or chilling the film actually is.(please let me know what you think of it)

other than those, it has to be the original Ring films and the House by the Cemetary.. or gigli with j-lo :p

at the time I found Jeepers Creepers scary and The Ring scary in the cinema. But watching them on rented video, they are so lame. I dont get scared to easily after watching something once.

The first time I watched Dawn of the Dead (as I was only 12 at the time  ) scared the living begesus out of me. But since then probably Blair Witch and The McPherson Tapes (Very similar to Blair Witch but with aliens)

Also hated that film, I couldn't believe that I came out of the cinema and everyone else looked all shocked and scared, I laughed at them all.

All zombie films scare me, I don't know why, theres just something about them that freak me out. I think its because I saw Michael Jackson's Thriller at a very young age.......

The Mcpherson tapes thing is pretty scary especially since your drawn into the whold "is it real" thing again. Of course you know by the end it isnt with the credits..."Alien #1 Alien #2 etc etc"

I can't think of one solitary film in the last 20 odld years that has scared me - I use to love the old 70's films that got banned like The Burning, Last House on the Left & I spit on your grave and the such like - the only trouble is you can only get cut versions of these films on dvd and with the techinal advances in special effects they do seem a little tame these days

My scariest movie of all time is The Shining..... I first watched it when I was about 6 and it still scares the living daylights out of me.

Recently, I'd say the Ring. And I got freaked when I watched Blair Witch Project alone again,. :p And the sixth sense- CHILLING.

The first hour of Japanese The Eye had me jumping a few times.

The one that gave me the worst nightmare I ever had was The Serpent and the Rainbow; I'll never watch that one again

its based in a house where the McPhersons live.....its filmed on video camera by the familys son, and is basically a taped event of the family being terrorised by aliens who are abducting them and invading their house.
The film feeRAB off your doubt on whether the film is real or not ( i know that sounRAB stupid, but when you watch it..your see) :)

*sky have shown it several times...i dont know if its still part of their catalogue..*
