Thanks -- that's very sound and logical advice :) I guess I only have an msi packaged with a different model DLL, and I added most of the other DLLs later. I'll try reinstalling the msi that I've got right now, and then removing the pre-packaged DLL and adding only the u350 DLL. If that doesn't work, I could sure use an msi with pre-packaged u350 DLL, or perhaps one with no DLLs at all (if my u350 DLL is really ok). I'll post up again either way...
 
what version of qpst are you using. I am using 2.7 build 301 & I keep getting an error "online connection failure unspecified error" when I try to connect.
 
Well, no luck. Removed SPST. Loaded my SPST msi including other model, removed other dll and added u350, but same result.

Removed SPST. Found generic (no model) SPST msi, loaded that. Added Models folder with only the u350 dll. Same result.

Went to completely different computer. Loaded bare-bones SPST msi. Added Models folder with only the u350. Still the same exact result.

Now I'm almost certain that my u350 dll is the problem.
 
Never mind, I don't need the dll anymore.

Just found a link for SamsungPSTLite 1.0.004. After the installation, everything is OK. Guess I can't post it here, I found the link by google SAmsungPST SCH U350.dll "dll file not found"

does anyone know the password for this Alltel phone?

Is there a way flash the phone to the Verizon software so that I can

is anyone having a problem sending regular text messages? I get a network not responding error.everything worked fine yesterday.I've checked the settings and theyre all still the same.does anyone know what the problem might be?

If its on a new line the acct neeRAB to be refreshed most likely. It can take several times to get it done right by ppl at store or over phone.
 
I can send pictures, but I cannot receive them. I get the message, but when I hit download button it connects and stays there for a while and then back to inbox. I tried sending real small picutres and still same issue. What settings are for MMS other than the MMS_Parameter_Table?

I get a gateway error when I try to access the web, but when I go to the options and choose vzw web it goes to the web. Is there a way to have the get the phone to connect to the correct url when u first choose mobile web? great tutorial...
 
never had the issue. You have a few choices. You can call customer service and have them reprovision the mms on the account and see if that fixes the hang up. If it does than your good to go. If the problem persists it's probably a setting, and can usually be easily fixed by restoring the phone to default through the security settings right on the phone. You will of course have to reprogram the phone, and reflash it, but it should fix your issue. If you know how to open and write mmc files to the phone I can send you one that I made for the u350 which will get mms and wap working in only a few minutes. All you do is change the username in the wap tab to your mdn & the [email protected] on the is95 tab, and write to the phone.
 
can someone point me in the right direction for a cable for this phone? I cant get it to show on my computer with the ones I have.
 
not familiar with what pocket would require, but cricket only uses the mdn as a username to verify wap. It may be the same, but I would verify with someone more familiar with pocket. sorry I couldn't be more help.
