Salvation refers to the undoing of bad habits.
What does a doctor do to save his patient? He restores the patient to normal health.
God's will is the salvation of the world!

If a sinner receives the grace of God and continues to sin is this person saved?
Or is this person saved: on receiving the grace of God repents of his sins and begins to live a life that reflects his repentance?

The first one relies only on the grace of God whereas the second relies on the grace of God and his deeds.

Who will God save?

The Bible mentions several that were under the grace of God yet have been led away by temptations and left the healthful teachings of God.
