rockford sub and kicker amp problem?

i have i kicker 300zx mono amp. and i just got a probox for three ten inch subs. i have one already which is a black punch p1. im thinking about buying two jl audio w3v2 subs, would this be a good combo?? and would my amp be able to handle all three?? PLEASE HEEEELP!!!
 
If the amp you are talking about only puts out 300 watts than no, thats if the 3 subs rms does not equal about 300 rms. Add up the rms rating of each sub and get yourself an amp that is rated at that. Good Luck
