Rockford Fosgate P3 or Alpine Type R?

Which of these subs slams harder, hits deeper, is more clean, gets lower, gets louder? I currently have a beginner sub set up consisting of two Rockford Fosgate 10'' R1 subs in factory sealed box and they sound very clean and somewhat loud but just not enough since they are only rated at 150 watts RMS each so together are only 300 watts RMS which is not much. I want to change things up and just get one 12'' sub either the Alpine Type R or Rockford Fosgate P3 which either or are rated at 600 watts RMS for a single sub. I would also like to know would one of these be much louder than the two 10'' Rockford Fosgate R1s I currently have since Im looking for louder, deeper and more performance out of one 12''. Sealed or Ported and what size would be ideal in cubic feet? I was thinking maybe 1.8 cubic feet vented box. Please compare both and if u know of a single sub that costs around the same and is even better please let me know.
