Rockford Fosgate 1500-dbCP Kicker CVR 12?

Im about to purchase a Rockford Fosgate 1500-dbCP 1000 watts RMS at 2 ohms to push 2 kicker CVR 12s and was wondering if any knew if if this would be really loud or just sound like a normal car going down the road
 
Yes, it should be really loud. even a 250watt sub will sound louder than a normal car going down the road. Make sure you size the box correctly to get the most out of your bass.
 
That should definitely make some boom, but I wouldn't purchase an amp that strong for those subs... I would either get 2 Kicker L7 or maybe CVX or something like that. That amp is very strong, and can easily read 1800 watts RMS on the birth sheet... Kicker subs are pretty expensive, you could probably get some RE Audio subs or some other brand and be much more satisfied... That amp is actually 1500 watts at 2 ohms as well as 1 ohm... YOu would have to purchase the regular 1500-bd instead of the "CP" version.
