Rockford Fosgate 1 farad capacitor?

Will the Rockford Fosgate be able to power enough for my MB Quart DSC 2000.1D (DSC2000.1D) supplying to 2 Fi Q15" for a total of 2000 rms.

Each subwoofer is 1000rms and is running off 1 dual ohm.

Any suggestions on a capacitor? as well any good deals for ported boxes would be appreciated
 
I believe the formula is for every 1000 watts you put 1 farad... So maybe look for a 2 farad... There is so many brands of caps, I just really try to find the best deal on ebay.
