Alright well since April, i have been riding my bike for precisely an hour. I have been going this route since April and it takes me an hour to get back to my house. Now theres about 3-4 big hills i have to get up. And i have been doing this EVERYday (maybe i have missed a couple days) and i am just wondering is it bad to be doing this? Cause i read somewhere that it is not good to exercise the same muscle everyday and well, i have been for 2 months! Now should i go on a bike ride and rest for a couple of days or what? Cause my legs are feeling a little tired in what not.
