reset code for grandam?

My car got worked on adn now the radio wont work. it says LOC on the screen and someone told me that you need a code to get it to reset and work?? anyone knowwhat it is?? cuzi dont have a manual for the car,. its a 99 pontiac grand am SE
 
take it to the dealer they can get you the code i had to w/ a blazer that i had
