Repair Dead Siemens X65 with more details

this is like i got it:

1) first copied a portuguese flash from other phone and then flashed it with the new 2006
version from x65flashser. Phone just bips at this point and also some pulse on power supply
2) connected to papuas version 0.79C with tp. Fisrt cleaned all codes in the codes tab and just let the pause and
new BCORE V22 options checked in the flash tab. Got an error first time, something like BOOTINFO
bla bla bla erroneous. Tried again and got done with the message PHONE REQUIRES FREEZE.
3) then checked the options Replace 76,5008 etc and replace master codes and recalculate keys in
flash tab and DO JOB again with TP. after none error message it says need freeze again.
4) the went to SETTINGS TAB - with phone still connect - and choose SERVICE MODE. My previous erros
were that i could not put the phone in service mode. Then i discovered i should be quicly when
clicking SERVICE MODE and the POWER KEY, ALMOST at same time and maybe three times continuously
like happened to me. The i got the message about service mode and current voltage.
5) so, went to various tab clicked READ IMEI FROM PHONE and then clicked FREEZE. The last message
papuas shows is the key. That
 
Well, problem i have noone have ( except my bad english )

one cx65 working only on serial com cable !!!!

Won't turn on , but when cable is pluged in, then start.
and why otp is closed, i readed all keys,send key, all well, but when try freeze


Code(05): OTP is Closed for writing!
Code(0D): Keys are stored in BCORE!
In this mode Freeze is impossible!

and ... how to solve that : when try to write new bootcore

except
S66 GSM 850 / GSM 1800 / GSM 1900
S65 has GSM 900 instead of GSM 850

I just got a sl65 and it asks for the password

what should i do ?

should i flash the phone ? i got no idea about the version number

and what program should i use

i have a usb cable and a charged battery


any help appreciated

I'm a Chinese boy,nice to communicate with you.
My S65 was out fo work,the bootcore was cleaned by mistake!
It can't connect with x65flasher and V_KLay. I used the testpoint to save it,but failed,x65PapuaUtils is still warning:wrong bkey or not use TP.
i wonder what's the martech isolution and dreambox.
could you give me a faver? thank you. if possible,send me any sotfware which can be used.

seems the same... but why is it that x65flasher 1072 cant locate boot password?? can u help me more sir??? i really need to fix this phone....

papuas after use your solution no i can't do anything .can't freeze , can't boot phone in service mode ........ any idea plz?

You certainly have a hardware problem !...
Not only BootCore information has garbage...
but also OTP IMEI has invalid character : '
 
If you flash the phone with a FUBU from a orther phone the HASH will be changed---> So your old Bootkey is now not valid!

You need to calc the new bootkey

Flash it with higher versions like 41, recalc keys in flash, (This may be enough or else: ) write eeprom, recalc keys !

go to http://rapidshare.com/files/44149250/Service_cable.rar and download this archive (included the service cable schematics and unlocker software - Joker 3.5.6 and x65papuautilsv111b_190).
About the password on your phone (seems to be phone lock), to remove it, use papuautils,enter in Service mode, calculate SKey and BKey using testpoint or Java midlet procedure (if you haved in your phone version hight with 25, if is lower with this, working directly, without testpoint or Java midlet) and go to "Various"-> "5008 Phone codes". Not needed to make fullflash on your phone, because after this, you need to unlock it again.

I have S65 always stop flashing at 25% and the phone is dead. At first the phone only showing white LCD. I foolishly increaze the power supply output to 4,8 V and connect it to the (+) contact in phone. And it failed. Now the phone will not boot again. I'm using martech. Could some1 help me with this?

This right dear moderator

but X65 flasher 1072 can't Flash bootcore

you need skip bootcore area to continue


and you need calculate new bootkey only if you "Restore" another saved bootcore from another phone

----> this trick for Damaged bootcore
