i rehoted the dialog ic as you said but it's the same thing no improvement at all

First anyone has to do - remoove CPU and take a look at the printed board under it. CPU IC is very large, and not flexible, but board is flexible to some degree. Never seen corrupted flash IC or CPU IC, but distroyed wires under CPU...

It's 100% true - for successfull repair CPU must be resoldered / broken lines - repaired

i already solved my problem through x65papua
and than i flashed it with ver15 and flashed sucessfully
but set can't be on and set can't go in service mode through x65papua

tnx for this.. it really help me alot... but i cant go through till step 5....

i used papua utils 3.8d english but my flash chip was AMD and i cant get my phone ESN...so i decided to use the latest russian version.. until i got everything.... but my problem is each time i use the x65 flasher.. i cant get my boot password... may i know whats inside of a config.ini??? im not sure if mine is correct.... this is what i have inside config.ini

hello guys,
tried to revive a dead cf75 after unlocking with papuas. Flashed with the x65_flasher and then unlock again with papuas recalc skeys option. Got the message referred above PHONE REQUIRES FREEZE. Phone still dead. May someone give a hand to solve??
