I don't really think Rachel had a 50s look in the movie. I think she just looked classy because she was playing a business woman.

I'm so excited about this movie! You can bet I'll be there on opening day! :yay: I just love all movies Wes Craven does. He's wonderfully talented. I am glad he's doing some suspense stuff rather than just horror. Oh, and my interest in this movie is also a factor of Rachel McAdams being in it. I've been in love with her since I saw Hot Chick. Not lesbian love or anything (HAHA), just fan love.

Yes i just got back from seeing it myself and i loved it! Everyone in the theater was into it i loved it! :D

So, I saw the movie :D

Wow!! I loved it so much.. it seemed different than a lot of thrillers, because it carried a lot of emotion too, especially with Rachel McAdams! She's amazing..i loved the scene when she was breaking down in the bathroom..really sad, but really good.

I also loved Cynthia's character, and liked the friendship between Lisa and Cynthia. Cynthia was so funny! I liked the end, when they hugged and had champagne.

I liked the relationship between Lise and her father, it really carried the storyline.

The best line? "You can fill out a comment card, and shove it up your ass!"
I was so happy that she said that!! :D

(lot of comments i know, but it was really, really, good)!

I watched the trailer... it was kinda romantic in the beginning, then it becomes creepy. I like Rachel McAdams and some thriller movies... so I can't wait for the movie.

He grabbed my attention in 28 Days Later! And I love that Rachel head-butts him in the movie. When I saw the commercial, I was so shocked to see her do it but I like seeing her kicking butt!!

I love this movie! I can never get sick of it. I love both Rachel and Cillian, so it's like the best of both worlds.

I just watched it again on ABC, and I didn't realize that it was a different version from the DVD version. There were some extra scenes and extra lines. It was like watching Red Eye redux or something. I really enjoyed it, and I was wondering if there's any link to this version online? I would like to watch it again just because I skipped some parts in the beginning because I didn't realize it was a different version.

Anybody else watch it?

That sounds fun throwing popcorn at people. Oh, and I looove that part, lol. Too funny. :P

Aww I feel stupid, I made a Red eye thread and didnt know we already had one, I even looked to see if there was one, I guess I didnt look good enough.

Cant wait to see this movie, looks really good

I love thriller/suspense movies so I am sure I'll enjoy this. I know I am super excited about it and I CAN'T wait to see Rachel McAdams in it! :D

Yeah, I laughed too when I heard his voice after getting stabbed in the throat. There were several scenes in the movie that were humorous.

Red Eye is a good, edge-of-your-seat, end-of-summer movie.

Rachel did an outstanding job and you could see the shift in her personality from helpless victim to heroine during the last act. Parts of it were a little unbelieveable... Namely who they were going to kill and how... But for the most part, it was very enjoyable and very suspenseful. Wes Craven knows how to fill up 86 minutes worth of thrills and characterization.

What I noticed is Rachel sported a more old-fashioned, '50s look... Think Gene Harlow/Ava Gardner... Even though it is set in present day. I don't know if that was on purpose, or if Rachel just has a more classic look to her than most actresses her age (she's not even rail thin a little busty speaking of old-fashioned body types), but it was something that stood out and was a pleasant change of pace.

Well my brother decided to take me to see Red-eye today though I will be seeing it Sunday also  It was pretty good, I liked it alot.

I think Cillian Murphy plays a really good villian, he has the looks to play one for sure, plus his voice is creepy and cool.

Heres a cute picture of Cillian/Rachel

me and my brother laughed at that part when he was at her house and trying to talk. My brother was like " hell no"

Cute pic!

I just came back from seeing this with my friends, and we all loved it! Rachel and Cillian were great together... and Rachel kicked major ass!
