There's a lot out there man.
Bizet- Carmen Suite: Les Toreadors is probably one you've SORTA heard before, but it's a bit upbeat and very dynamic (if you have any sort of good home stereo/car stereo/good headphones you'll see what I mean).
Wagner- Ride of the Valkyries, enough said.
Tchaikovsky- 1812 Overture, really long, but worth it in the end (cannons are shot along with the orchestra, it's pretty cool)
I'm sure there's some other people who could steer you in a decent direction as I've only recently started listening to more classical than I used to (Fur Elise and Brahms Lullaby was about the most I'd heard) but this should help get you started.
