Rebirth of the Rebellion - Code Geass R2 Talkback (SPOILERS)

That is so true! But I actually think that I like "World's End" better than...better than..."Colors" yes, I said it, please don't harm me! I think I enjoy it more because I like the singular vocals in "World's End" they are done well.

More than likely it is negated . I am pretty sure the death was staged and he is driving C.C.'s carriage.

His motives?

He planned to have himself "killed" from the start. His goal was to defeat Schneizel and rid the world of any potential he had to corrupt it. He was going to use the hostages as bait, but Schneizel came without the need for that really.

It's seriously like Anno and Kojima co-write this episode as a demonstration to M. Night on twists.

Charles: This is my ultimate twist!
Marianne: My twist is better!
C.C.: No, mine is!
Lulu: What a twist! Begone!

Just the opposite I think, I believe the idea is that if you make enough of them you can have a wish granted. Sayako was teaching her this in season 1, if memory serves.

Lulu's "forced allegiance" might be a three-fold plan. First, to bait out his brother's Doom Fortress II (TM). Second, to reveal Nina and retrieve her from hiding. Third....

To...show his new pope hat?

I think Suzaku already knows but can't outwardly express it, or let the viewer aware. I keep getting the sense that he's almost sure Lulu has his memories back and is catching on fast to what is happening. Maybe he just doesn't want to admit what his instincts are telling him about Zero.

[for the record, I REALLY hate Miss Lohmeyer. Like....alot]

Wow, I should really learn not to get all negative and jump to conclusions like I did earlier this morning.

The episode wasn't too bad at all. In all honesty... it... kindof did its job. It pretty much to me was Episode 48 of Gundam SEED on speed, trying to tidy up some character arcs and relationships before the big battle. The pregnancy bit with Viletta and Ougi wasn't that bad, but then again I couldn't help but think that it was going to be a factor given their rather strained relationship. I liked how all the main players on the leading stage are not really holding back in terms of wishing to take one another out.

It's like the writers, production crew, seiyuu, and everybody else knows that the show won't end well (perhaps not just on an aesthetic good/bad basis but also in terms of the actual story and universe). So they're essentially steering their trains toward one another and both are waiting with anticipation for the big disaster. It's kindof nice that they know who their characters are, what they are willing to do to another to the point that they can set the series on autopilot of sorts and see them off. It's not exactly the most ideal way to cap off a final battle, but it seems to work for the meanwhile. I did enjoy Schneizel and Lelouch essentially waging war like it was an RTS game.

Also I didn't really think Nunally needed to shut up or anything, since she didn't really say that much to really ask for that. Other than what has been said here's some other notes for good happy success...

-Jeremiah just jumping from a few hundred feet above and landing in the prison pen was really neato torpedo.
-While Cornelia's role I wish was a bit more expanded other than her just jumping ship and joining Schneizel, I must admit I would love to have an automated machine gun that I could summon with a snap of my fingers.
-Where the hell is Rivalz? I guess the Rivalz hate decided to come back once again, since he is nowhere to be found.

Gah, two more episodes to go.

7 of 10 for right now.

And they didn't match.

Yes, it was the 10th in Japan, so it's definitely not the exact date, but most blogs aren't known for their accuracy.

Just for their ability to attract people and hey, they figured it sounRAB better that way, I guess. Who cares about dates?

You can't have your cake and eat it to.
Kallen likes Lulu, right? Or at least, she likes Zero. I don't understand her thinking process when it comes to that matter. Loving one identity of a person over the other when both are connected to the same life and both aren't all that different. Is she in eternal denial or just being picky? Or maybe she doesn't want to accept what's right in front of her face.
Maybe Lelouch was simply acting on impulse but everybody does something for a reason. He must have at least a small amount of admiration inside him that draws him towarRAB Kallen. What initially made him what to kiss her instead of hug her?
He wanted to comfort her, not use her like a tool.

I'm glad she didn't kiss him, [or at least, semi-content with it] to make that clear. But I think it was stupid for her not to have when the opportunity presented its self and who knows when it will again. I would like to see it at some point.
