Schneizel is the common enemy in our eyes but to the BK they see him as an ally, at least for now. I think that he is purposely isolating himself, why else wouldn't he have told them? Lelouch seems like the type to do everything for a reason. There must be something in his mind telling him that he neeRAB to keep up this act for the sake of his goal. Maybe he knew that at this point his honesty wouldn't have mattered anyways. Sure it was worth a shot but what were the chances of them believing him with out questioning his motives or his geass?
 
Gino talking about Suzaku and making Kallen think of Lelouch counts for a GinoXKallen shipping? I didn't think that. I did find it interesting how he commented on her being half-Britannian.

I reserve the right to be annoyed when writers get lazy and push a cheap 'love conquers all' resolution. Especially with characters I personally dislike. Effectively written romance in shows like this has become non existant. It seems to boil down to 'I have boy parts, you have girl parts...ROMANCE!'.

An interesting perspective. I think figuring it out basically requires knowledge of both Lelouch and Suzaku, which many of them lacked. Actually, in light of that and the context of the episode, the idea that Kaguya figured it out makes some sense. For some though, I think there was defintely just plain shock over what was happening. Either way, I could see the knowledge being passed on among the inner circle after the fact, or maybe even Suzaku confronting them directly. A good argument in favor of your idea that the Black Knights knew or found out is that they may not have accepted the new Zero otherwise. At a minimum, between Kallen and Kaguya and Todoh believing in him, that's probably enough influence to bring the group around.
 
Between Kaguya and now Nunnally, the nuraber of very young leaders does seem to be increasing...I'd be critical, but there actually was a child emperor in real history.

There's one hundred pages of 00 material in that NT issue? Must have...

I believe he's talking about finding Nunnally at the beginning of this season and, you know, placing her in charge of Japan despite being thought dead for years along with Lelouch.

Not that Nunnally couldn't show up alive later, somehow, but I have a feeling that's not what he meant.

Or you could interpret it however you want...but even if this is Code Geass, Lelouch would scream with joy if he'd heard that Nunnally was found now, of all times. Don't think that was the intention, but it is a bit humorous to look at it that way.

It's probably one of those "I will help you create a better world, but we'll settle this when everything is over" deals.

C.C. probably doesn't like this turn of events...Lelouch's walking a fine line here after all, and could easily become just like his parents.
 
As I see it, both you and HC are a bit off the mark. There is a reference, insofar as its an alternate history. But that means the reference is not direct. They took the British Empire and rewrote history to make its rule absolute (no Roman conquerors, no American revolution, etc) and to highlight the very worst traits of colonialism. In my opinion it should be taken as alternate history, not as a modern anti-West statement. One of the biggest tip-oRAB to this is how Britannia is ruled by a monarch; the real life Great Britain's democratic roots appear to be nonexistent or close enough to it. I'd say this helps affirm your point about Geass being anti-tyranny rather than anti-race, though time will tell how Geass portrays the rest of the world.
