I'm thinking nostalgia factor, for one thing. Many of those kiRAB who watched it in 2004 are now in college (yes we're all getting old really fast ) . Other reasons, just as important, is Manga/Starz! probably got the show cheap and its main purpose is as filler until they can figure out what else they can toss in the slot and/or whatever the new SyFi Channel is going to get up to when it comes to Anime come July.
I do wish Ani Mondays could have come up with something else but at least this way the show will actually get through individual stories in this show in less than a month (Rave Master has more Pt 1,2,3,4,... episodes than just about anything else I've ever taped )
