"Rave Master" on Ani-Monday Talkback (Spoilers!)

You shouldn't not watch something out of fear of bashing. If you want to watch something, it's your right to watch it. Really, watching Rave Master because one enjoys it makes more sense than watching it because you don't, like the rest of us are doing.

And there are alot of people on other forums (adultswim and scifii) who watch it and enjoy it despite admitting full well how bad it is. Don_East and Kitschensyngk just like to overreact to it; it's not like everyone hates it that much.

All in all, you want to watch it, then go for it.



It's kind of that way in the Japanese version too. They don't have the bad dialogue...but they all seem to have that generic, high-pitched anime girl voice (even Reina!) that I personally can't stand.

If you want the best versions of Elie and co., then simply read the original manga. There they've got no bad dialogue AND no voices! It's a win-win situation!

Dang, this episode is pretty mediocre. Only Michelle Ruff vociing Ellie is the only reason I'm watching it.

So Lucia's like both Rufus Shinra (taking over his father's empire) AND Sephiroth? Weird.
