I guess Haru doesn't like predictable and lame storylines either.

Wow, an Anime character who realizes that people use destiny for an excuse! At last!

At least Haru is holding the high ground here. King is just being a big baby by not dealing with the real problems and blaming the world.

If anything, king should blame himself for what happened.
 
Pretty much. In the manga, there's a brief epilogue set some years in the future and Elie still looks the same. She probably just doesn't age. That's gonna be pretty akward for Haru...
 
Reina motive it not only revenge, I think more importantly it is clear her father's name. If she really believes her father got a bum rap and killed for no good reason, I be pissed off too.
 
Wow, King repents, admits all the crimes he did, and just lets go of all the terrible crimes he did. All because Gale choose not to abandon their frienRABhip and love. I keep on expecting Vash the Stamplede to walk in and say "Good Job!"

Well, these two episodes may be the height of how good the show ever gets.
