"Rave Master" on Ani-Monday Talkback (Spoilers!)

Again I must ask...WHY WOULD HE WANT TO END THE WORLD? WHAT COULD HE POSSIBLY GAIN FROM ENDING THE WORLD?



But Elie makes a lousy Faye.

And the villains on this series are nowhere on the same level as Vicious.

Wow, the fighting have finally become interesting and dynamic! And drama, actual drama! This show has finally reached Dragonball Z level of stroytelling!
 
We've laughed, we've cried, we've...okay, we mostly just laughed. But Rave Master is ending tonight with the final two episodes. Next week will bring us Street Fighter Alpha: Generations as well as the TV premiere for the Street Fighter and Voltron motion comics. Also don't forget the premiere of Monster on October 12th.

Last time things, went from bad to worse. Our heroes are seemingly down for the count, Griff has been killed, and Elie awakened Etherium to no real affect. Fortunately, an unexpected figure has arrived on the scene--Sieg Hart!

Well they never said Resha was dead, they said it very vague, in which she can still be alive and technical be the truth. Even the she gave her life, doesn't automaticly mean death.
 
Man, that really wasn't very satisfying. Let's introduce a brand new villain and then end the show!

It was amusing while it lasted, but after this I won't mind motion comics all that much.
 
He wasn't saying he disliked that manga. He was saying that Hiro Mashima, the manga writer, would disagree with the notion that the anime was ever all that good, Japanese OR dubbed (with which I'll have to disagree, though the original Japanese anime is weak compared to the manga, it wasn't completely bad like the dub.)



Jokes in action anime can work...when they're actually funny.



You are aware that the story continues from here in the manga and the Reina thing does get resolution, right? It didn't continue here because it was freaking cancelled (maybe Griff's ressurection is what finally did it in.)



Not only did it end after Lucia's introduction, but we never got to see Pumpkin Doryu, the main villain of the upcoming arc. Which is a shame. Silly name aside, he was one of the coolest villains in the manga (without the goofy pumpkin mask at least.)
