Rattling Sub Woofer Box?

I just put a 12" pioneer sub in a sealed box in my sons ford ranger. It is in the middle between to 10" pioneer subs. All three are in sealed boxes made of 3/4" DMF with glued edges. We have an 1800 watt Pyle amp sunning them. The boxes are sized right according to Pioneer.

When they are on they sound good and hit good, but if you turn it up much they start rattling or vibrating bad.
What do I need to do? Should the box be ported? Should it be packed inside with insulation?

It's actually a bad idea to mix sub sizes as sound cancellations may occur and this could be the problem.

You also may not have the gain set right.

The purpose of the gain is to match the signal volts RMS coming from the source (CD player, etc.) to the input of the amp for correct power matching and to prevent clipping (damage by over powering).

You'll need a multimeter (AC voltmeter, $15 from Radio$hack), Microsoft Excel and a way to burn an audio CD from an MP3.
