radio and external clock dont ?

so i was putting my ground wire into my sub amp in my 01 maxima. i made it spark on the remote wire by accident and now my radio and external clock dont work what could it be it couldnt just be the radio because my external clock doesnt work either..

ps. dont say stuff about me doing it on with the car on. keep that opinion to yourself.
i have also checked the fuses
