Question on cross-dressing in Islamic culture?

Do male cross-dressers in Islamic cultures usually wear jilbabs or hijabs? Or do they usually wear skirts, heels, makeup, etc. instead?

(I'm not asking if it's tolerated or not. What I want to know is how cross-dressing is done in Islamic countries.)

I wasn't aware there were any cross dressers in Muslim countries. There certainly aren't any in mine. So I really don't know how to answer your question.
