Question for mature, educated women?

Alright, so I have this terrible itch in my private area...I'm a virgin, and things have only happened about 3 times with my boyfriend... He's only....fingered me twice I believe...and that's as far as I've ever went..
One night he asked me why his fingers smell like me until about 1 in the morning. i had no idea. then about a couple weeks later I started getting this terrible itch down there.... It stings to go to the bathroom, and the itch has gotten so bad it's hard to sit still... My mom put me on birth control about two months ago and nothing too major has happened until now. The birth control is called Avian. I don't know what's going on and i'm really scared..Please help me

It sounds like he's not washing his hands enough if he's complaining to you about his fingers smelling as if you are keeping him from washing his hands. He needs to wash his hands before and after he fingers you. Its possible you got an infection from something he had on his hands (poor hygiene).

The burning while urinating, itch, all symptoms of a Urinary Tract Infection. (UTI) Be prepared, you're going to have a few of these in your lifetime. They suck. They are also very common in women. They need to be treated right away or the infection can spread to your kidneys. Tell your mom. You need to be seen by a doctor. The treatment is antibiotics. Be sure to tell the doctor that you're on birth control because certain antibiotics can make birth control pills less effective.
