i'm trying to record an external synthesizer. I have it plugged in to the PC w/a USB. I installed (what I think to be) the proper Yamaha driver for the synth.
My problem is that, in the actual program (Adobe Audition), it doesn't give me the option of switching to the MIDI input (just Mic 1, Mic 2, Mic0s1). It should be listed as an option.

I get this error message when I try to ENABLE MIDI DEVICE: "a device ID has been used that is out of range for your system"
