well of course we have started summer training. and the coaches got us started monday..upper body... is was super sore... then tuesday..we did lower body my legs and all were very sore... Wednesday we rested.. and today we ran and did drills and did our glute hams again on the machine and somthin on a power pull machine.......well heres my question is working out while still sore stunting the growth of muscles or making you loose muscle if so please tell me...and the coaches said we can pretty much eat what we want is that true?.. im 14
