I have begun hanging out with an Ethiopian female lately and everything is cool but I just have a question about there culture. I am a little confused on how I am viewed being Anglo. What does it mean for the female to feed you directly from her hand? How come she always wants to take me home with her but will not sit on the same piece of furniture with me? I don't want to rush anything because I like her but I am a little confused being from a different culture.

It doesn't matter if you're Anglo, to be honest. It would only matter if she only wants to be involved with those in her own culture but most Ethiopians are open-minded. Maybe it's just her or it's a culture thing (talking about the feeding from hand thing). Because in many cultures, including Ethiopian culture, people typically eat with their hands. Yet people don't do that to another person unless their feeding a child. lol So I don't know why she did that to you. Maybe she's just very caring/motherly?

She takes you home because she wants to hang out with you but she won't sit with you on the same furniture out of modesty. That's the type of thing that modest East African girls and boys do - keep their respectful distance from those of the opposite sex. Don't take offense to it. If it bothers you, sit next to her on the same couch but if she politely moves away, then it makes her uncomfortable.

Don't worry too much about the culture thing. There are some unfamiliar customs you'll come across but it won't matter much in your relationship.
