QPST USB driver download

You know what would be cool. The next rom having these settings already configured. That way all you would have to do is load the prl. I mean if thats possible.
 
Hey bmos I am trying to use QPST to go into the settings to set up the phone to work with crickets EVDO network I have the mobile web and it connects at 1x right now I have PRL 1050 which gives me an EV signal but when I try to connect it hangs then drops down to 1x then connects. I had talked to beezlewaxin and he lives here in my town and I have tried to get him to help me but no such luck. all I want to do is set up evdo on this xv6600 and Beezle told me I needed to use QPST to go in and change some settings. If I dont need to do this what do I need to do?
 
D#$#mnit, the problem with the Verizon ppc 6600 is that no one knows how to put it in diagnostic mode. ##3424 doesnt work (nor does ##3424# or ##3424 SEND) nor does installing a dmrouter.exe....not happy. The only reason it matters is cuz when you open up programming menu ##778CALL it doesnt give you option to disable mobile ip, which is necessary for web to work I think...anyway, trying to find a way tog et this poopy puppy into diag mode.
 
i have never worked on a 6600, but i remeraber googling some info on it a while back...you may wanno look some more

if the codes are not working in your rom, you may want to look for an rom upgrade and load that

actually, i have an official vzw rom or two and some document they gave with them

I feel durab- i found how to switch it Mobile IP settings on the xv6600 cuz of this genius (trone):

I entered in the follwing settings in xv6600 just last night and have not used my wi-fi card in 15 hours. prl 1039w/roaming . went to settings connections
got rid of vzw cdma200 connection. added a new 1 called "mycricket" the nuraber it dials is #777. username is 505*******@mycricket.com ofcourse use your own cell nuraber, password"cricket" use preferred dns servers "10.0.5.21 sec"10.0.5.22" make surer you do a ##3282 talk" and turn off mip it wont connect if any form of mip is turned on, still workin on the mms settings i can recv emails with attachments from my cableone acct but i cant send emails fromn it yet still workin on those also in the ##3282"

so to sum it up, still no idea how to get qpst to see it, but since ##3282 enables me to edit mip settings I dont care.
