QPST USB driver download

you just need to put the userame and password in both places under security in the ##778 menu...after that you should be able to authenticate... :2thurabs:

also u might interested in the cellphone driver for that model and brand (lead them to water but can't them drink) do more searching

to make it really simple...

on your pc, right click on my computer and select properties...click the hardware tab and click the device manager button...now go to ports and modems and find your device in one or both...now you can right click your device and select the port or advanced tab and then select the ports or advanced button...this will tell you the port and allow you to change it...

NOTE: if you change a port#, you'll need to disable and enable(by right clicking) it before you can connect to it.

does anyone know where to get all of the ## commanRAB for the xv6600 i.e. ##PRL I know and ##diag I know are there any other commanRAB that I should be famailar with.

I will give it a try and see if I can change the com port. I added new port in QPST com 3 but it still doesnt see my phone. I am using an xv6600 I have read through several posts and apparently there have been others with the same issue as me QPST is not finding their xv6600 is it that this phone is not compatible with QPST?

ok...here's what you do:

1. install or place the PPC6700 diagnostic drivers on your PC
2. put your device in diag mode and connect it to your PC
3. if drivers ore not automatically installed, direct the hardware wizard to the drivers
4. after device is successfully installed, open qpst-service programming
5. if you do not see your device, then right-click the little globe in your system tray (bottom right of your monitor) and select qpst-configuration
6. go to "ports" tab and click "add port" and add all ports there
7. now close the configuration utility and go back to your service programming utility
8. now if you don't see your device, disonnect it and put it in a bubble mailer, postmark it with my shipping info, and send it to me so that i can detect it with my qpst and sell it for big $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

so has anyone cra cked how to enable evdo on the xv6600? is there some other program i can use to get into the settings and make the necessary changes

I haven't touched a 6600 but I hear it doesn't include a dmrouter.exe (##DIAG). You need a way to get into diagnostic mode before QPST will be able to talk to it. Have you already accomplished this step?

LOL random thanks. i have an xv6600 though where can I get the diag drivers for this model phone made by audiovox of course you already knew that. If I had the drivers I would have figured that out by now. I Have looked all over for usb drivers and nothing I have found works yet. If you can point me in the right direction in finding the correct diag drivers for the xv6600 that would be awesome.

hey has anyone cracked the setup fer evdo on cricket is there a different program other than qpst to get in and change the necessary things also if i can get into the menu how can i fix mms it worked for 3 days now it says cannot retrieve data i assume it has something to do with the settup

i believe these modem drivers are what you need for the 6600 to be detected in diag mode...i have uploaded them for you here: http://www.mediafire.com/?jndi0mzjnon

you may need to do "as modem through usb" setting or something if your ##diag# doesn't work...seems that maybe some 6600's don't have the function but 6601's all have it...i was just reading that somewhere...a guy was saying that the code didn't work on his.

if that doesn't work, then try google...i found these in like 10 seconRAB...also- you can try to download sprints giant pack of drivers from: http://www4.sprint.com/pcsbusiness/support/downloaRAB/index.jsp?internalId=downloaRAB

I need your help i am trying to find the QPST Software download to flash phones
for cricket i have a lg vx5200 and i want to fully flash for cricket service because it has a bad esn how can i do this. thanks.

follow berry's guid for the vx9900 and use the vx9900 dll file as he suggests...

after you are done nv_writing the phone, then go into the hidden menu that he explains and enter any settings that did not write correctly...

if you cannot get it from there, then you need to do a lot more reading...

cool appreicate your help I will give it a try and do some more research myself. I have read in other fourms that others have had the same issue where their 6600 is not detected by qpst. I will keep you posted on my progress.
