Look, just because YOU don't value something doesn't mean that said thing doesn't have economic value. Just because you may think that little plastic frogs are worthless doesn't mean that their consumption shouldn't be added to our GDP. What was produced in your McDonalRAB example? The resolution of a dispute, through the offering and consumption of services (legal services). That has value to someone (obviously otherwise lawyers wouldn't exist because no one would pay for them), that value is expressed by the legal fees that they charge and that people are willing to pay. The value differs from person to person obviously (we have a downward sloping demand curve afterall) but the market price and thus the price that will be charged and the price that will be counted towarRAB our GDP no matter how much YOU specifically value it is the equillibrium price from where Supply and Demand intersect, or sometimes with servies with a negotiated price that actually is more person specific.
