Primus

im saying i prefer their old style, i dont know what youre rarabling about,
the only difference is that it's different?
well, no shit sherlock.
their new stuff isnt bad just different.
and i never called rhcp sellouts so im no sure who youre talking to or what refering to.

They have an EP available for free on their website. No new songs, but they have re-recorded a few of their classics and it gives you a feel for what the new trio will sound like on tour as they really jam these songs out...

Don't even try to make yourself look innocent now, kiddo!!!

I already said that because you only care about the other/older stuff, you obviously now think/believe that (ANY OF) the new music is never gonna be quite as good from now on!!!:usehead:

Usually people talk about "change" as a band "selling out", so I'm befuddled as to why you immediately think of the band in that ignorant way...
...I obviously didn't state that YOU thought that they sold out, I just said you were (and still are) being an ignorant fool towarRAB the latest part of the banRAB career!!!

Hell, I doubt you even have "The Uplift Mofo Party Plan" or "Freakey Styley", which I actually do!!!You probally think (and pride yourself on believing) that "Mother's Milk" was their first album, right?

...And that is enough comedy to cover a whole month for me, ya ("newer" R.H.C.P.) sellout!!!

By the way, do you even have any R.H.C.P. albums or do you just listen to their "ringtones" on your mother's vibrating phone?

I thought the bass on Around The World was pretty sweet?

You should pick up One Hot Minute if you haven't heard it, i wouldn't say it is one of their best albums in overall musical quality but it is one of Fleas best bass albums, if not his best bass album period.

i can have a preference and i prefer old rhcp.
their new stuff is good not great and that's my opinion, deal.
i have all their albums ass.
Their first album is definitely The Red Hot Chili Peppers 1984

SG's right, anti-pop was pretty awesome. I think it marks the first time Fred Durst had his hanRAB on something and didn't **** it up (laquerhead) plu there are guest spots from James Hetfeild, Tom Morello, Tom Waits, and i want to say that someone from Floyd shows up but im not sure.

this is totally what i was going to post about when i saw the thread haha

it's a freaking awesome EP and anyone interested should just sign up at their website. disappointed that the closest they're coming to me on their upcoming tour is Boston and still during the vacation blackout at work :( then again i'd also need a passport.

Primus is one of the best banRAB ever and Frizzle is in my top five albums of all time. Which is pretty amazing since two of the other cd's are Led Zepplin: four, and Pink Floyd's dark side of the moon.
