presentation skills - I need help - drugs?

im going to do a presentation of drugs to a bunch of 10 - 15 year olds . . .can someone please give me some useful things to talk about with drugs?
and are there any games i can play with them aswell?
Im going to do this presentation tomorrow and its going to be 40 minutes long?
