ppi accept redrese and goodwill gesture?

hi i accepted ppi redress before the figures was sent as this was how it worked i also have accepted a goodwill gesture from a loan company
but i would like to know if i can revisit these and ask for a fair and true calculation as at the time i did not understand what they were really offering me
also can i now ask them to compensate me for stress and inconvenience caused as this has never been offered
