I am also interested in the base ignition timing for my set up. ( See sig.) I had the new HQ TC 103-T build on the dyno jet, but the dyno tune made absolutely no changes in ign timing. Does anyone have a ignition base map for my set up or anything close to it? If I go to the PCV with AT could I simply store and flip different AFR's on the fly? I ask this because I think the PCV can be set to run at different AFR's. I travel every year from sea level to over 12,000 feet MSL. Ambient temps and altitude vary quiet a bit and with PCIII I need several different tunes to match conditions. On my PCIII with LCD, I lean the mixture in the cruise range of TP and RPM's, i.e. TP 10 % to 60% and rpm's 1500 to 3000. I build and store the maps at 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 % leaner than the power tune. Then I can flip to lean as needed.
