Pounding bass in my trunk?

I have a 1997 Ford Taurus (It has a pretty large trunk).
I want to have bass that will turn heads when I am coming down the road. I want to have deep, pounding bass that can be heard far away from the car. Can anyone give me a complete set-up to put in my trunk (subs, amps, and everything). I am open to any suggestion, so feel free to offer any set-up that you know is good or that you have in your car. Remember, I want LOUD bass and I would like complete set-ups to go and purchase. Thanks.

If your looking for some serious bass, cut the crap and get right into a bandpass box, that will be the main source for some deep bass, yuo will lose alot of sub accuracy with this type of box but the bass tones are uncompairable. As for subs I recommend either Alpine Type R's 12"
Or Kenwood Excelons, other notable brands liek Kicker L7's are excellent if you get two type R's from alpine hook them up to an Alpine MRP-M1000 set a a 2ohm load in a bandpass box and you will hit some of the hardest bass from an amatuer system! there are other brands dont get me wrong uit really depends on howe much cash your willing to throw out there, thats just the subs not to mention if you want to hit a little more bass from your speakers dont go coax. get some component speakers, the driver is able to hit a little more low athan a regular coax speaker.. again for an amatuer system if your not going to be amping the speakers go with alpine type-s Component if you decide to amp them up go with the type R component, to match this all up with a deck i would suggest getting a panasonic deck personally i would choose the CQC 700U Has a ton of settings and functions on it as well as a built in EQ that is customizable and also has (SBC-SW) Which is "Super bass controlled - Subwoofer" settings!!
