I was reading another thread about back issues and pregnancy.

I never had a back issue my entire life until 2 months after the delivery of my son. I become pregnant again quickly and had my daughter. I have had two large herniated discs since and now have what they think is permanent nerve damage.

Someone brought up a point that I have always thought about. The side of my herniations is my right side. The same side I carry my children. I still carry them on this side.

My doctors still tell me the pregnancies really didn't have much to do with my bad back. But now I am really thinking otherwise.

Is there anything I can do to reverse some of the damage I have done? Do you think my body is just all unbalanced now?

Thanks!

have you got a mri or seen a ciro,i had to see a ciro after each of my children?and for leg pain i would try lyrica it worked for me really well,i would ask your doctor about it,if breast feeding im not sure if you can take it,but if not i would still ask.also yoga i did too, with all of that i was fine, but do to other problems(non related to birth)i had to get surgrey.wont hurt to ask..whats the worse they can say ...no

I see you have mentioned Spinal Touch Therapy on a nuraber of different threaRAB. I don't think that is something that is commonly available in the US.
