I was reading another thread about back issues and pregnancy.
I never had a back issue my entire life until 2 months after the delivery of my son. I become pregnant again quickly and had my daughter. I have had two large herniated discs since and now have what they think is permanent nerve damage.
Someone brought up a point that I have always thought about. The side of my herniations is my right side. The same side I carry my children. I still carry them on this side.
My doctors still tell me the pregnancies really didn't have much to do with my bad back. But now I am really thinking otherwise.
Is there anything I can do to reverse some of the damage I have done? Do you think my body is just all unbalanced now?
Thanks!
