Popular cartoons you never got into

Nor could I, but this seems to be the hottest show for young children apparently. The characters felt flat, the story isn't interesting, and it holds all the elements that make it one of the most brutal embodiments of marketing since Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Calling Family Guy a Simpsons Ripoff is like calling King of the Hill a Simpsons Ripoff. It's what's inside that counts.

With that said, Brandy & Mr Whiskers. nice character design, but the writing's too hackneyed.

Well, the show never did it for me I mean the theme song is annoying, the characters and the jokes aren't funny and the writing never worked for me.

Truly you were much more generous than I was on the show. I could not get into it either. However, if Rock Lee and Gai-sensei were the main characters, I would watch that show, forever.

I could not really get into One Piece, despite trying so hard to as well.

That's pretty much the way that I feel about the show now. I used to hate it, then there was absolutely nothing on, and I had seen MGPM before, so I thought that I'd just give it another shot. Then I realized that it wasn't that bad (for todays standings). It's really not very good either though, but it's viewable, and it holds my attention.

I'll meet you half way. I found it funnier than Rocko (though I know you'll never agree with that statement), but nowhere near as well drawn. And you're right. That is one godawful themsong.

Ren & Stimpy Ugh, disgusting. Didn't like it as a kid, don't like it now.

Family Guy Not my style, don't really care for the situations and humor.

Invader Zim My friends adored this show, but I just couldn't get into it.

Sponge Bob I admit some episodes are funny, but I just don't like it overall and can't understand why it's as popular as it is.

Family Guy - bores me silly. The only time the show is occasionally funny IMO is when the baby and the dog are involved in some side-trip or other. Or when it's ridiculed on South Park. :D The problem is that all of the characters, the dog and baby included, are either derivative or empty shells. When I watched The Simpsons Movie I couldn't help noticing the fact that I cared about the characters in it. I could not care less about the characters on Family Guy. I can understand why it's popular, however; it's vulgar and abrasive and that seems to be the very definition of great entertainment for a certain segment of the population.

Rugrats- I always found their baby talk annoying.
George of the Jungle- Always seemed kind of stupid to me.
GI Joe- Ridiculous plots that seemed to drag on forever.
Care Bears- Way too corny.
Most of the newer Adult Swim shows- It seems like they're running out of ideas.
Gummi Bears- The one Disney Afternoon show I never really warmed to. It and Rescue Rangers (which I enjoyed) had the reputation at my school of being a "baby show".
American Dad- Ridiculously stupid main character, an obnoxious alien and constant political preaching never really appealed to me.

Family Guy
The Simpsons
Avatar the Last Airbender
Spongebob Squarepants
Fairly Odd Parents (or whatever its called)
One Piece
Fruits Basket

And for cult shows, Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.

You know, I've been thinking(no offense to the fans), how can children call our cartoons from our time boring, redundent, and ugly, when this is still on the air?
