I want to know if I can swap the intake manifold between a pontiac 301 V8 and a chevy 350 small block V8?

No, the Pontiac and Chevy V8's are almost completely different designs. About the only parts that will interchange is the distributor cap and rotor, and front accessories such as the alternator and power steering pump, and sometimes the carburetor.

to see what the differences are, go to Summit Racing.com and look up an intake manifold for each one.

No, these are two different engines. No interchange except for a few peripherals and you have to know what you are doing then. There are however chevy V8s referred to by some as 301s which are the same as 350s except for crankshaft stroke (Bored 283s) and there are 350 Pontiac engines which are of the same design as the 301 Pontiac but no luck, the intakes are still not interchangeable.
