Pointless- New quiz show on BBC2 (merged)

Having watched the new series there are loaRAB of contestants scoring 100s on the multiple choice rounRAB, so it clearly isn't any easier than many are claiming here. There's no point going for an obvious answer if it's your turn and you need to score low, and there are usually 2 or 3 obscure answers. In that case if you don't know the subject you are forced to guess.

I got Life Got Cold too, and Walk This Way because of the collaboration hint which made it rather obvious!
Got Stirling Moss today and I'm surprised noone went for Torvil and Dean- though I did look the Sports Personality winners up a few weeks ago!
 
I was very annoyed that they didn't reveal what the other pointless answers were.

My three choices were Don't Bother To Knock, Monkey Business & The Asphalt Jungle and wanted to know if any of them were pointless.
 
Really like this show, different, does test your knowledge.

Only complaint is that they don't show every Pointless answer that wasn't said by a contestant. Surely they could just show them in smaller text and have more answers on the screen?
 
They never do give the other pointless answers when someone wins. I do agree it is very annoying.
I wanted to know some more of the darts world champions a couple of weeks ago and never found out.
