Pointless- New quiz show on BBC2 (merged)

yes!, I thought that, I thought he was awful to say that to her about 'it not being r&b beavers', even in private that's horrible let alone on national TV.

Shocked that they could hardly name any Robbie Williams hits. Robbie's never off the tv or radio singing the same songs over and over!! They must never watch tv or listen to the radio as the song goes!

I'm actually really loving this new game show and Alexander Armstrong has the right amount of cheek when the contestants give a silly question

I really like the countdown noise and would love it as a ringtone or message tone (and all the audience go oooooooooohhhhhhh)

This is definitely better than Knowitalls

You and Jamie were great, Michael, shame about the Veep question (my heart sank when you said JFK‎...). And yes, you were both genuinely good contestants, and entertaining.

Now we'll never know what the question was. I reckon there was no question, cos they knew no-one would ever pick the topic.

Ray, you idiot, listen to the question properly. Got away with it though, didn't he?:D

LOL. I got 5 of the 7 countries beginning with U - Uganda, Uruguay, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates and I'm not surprised United States Of America scored fairly low (35) because people wouldn't think of it beginning with U. But look which one I missed out - United Kingdom.:o

Use this website http://www.bbc.co.uk/showsandtours/beonashow/ but it'll only appear on there if and when another series is made. I do hope they recommission it, it's very entertaining!
Maybe you could also try contacting Brighter Pictures/Endemol saying you're interested and they might let you know if they're doing another series?

Am I right in saying the BBC said Alexander had to choose between Countdown and working for them?

:D and  at the "Name a member of the EU that has German as an official language" question.

82 people said Germany which means 18 people didn't!!!

On the one hand I really enjoy this show, but I think it neeRAB trimming down to 30 minutes.

They could do without the regular and pointless shots of the audience laughing or applauding and stop repeating the bloody rules with long-winded exmaples so frequently. It's a simple enough concept ... it doesn't need to be repeated again and again.
