please help me with an early example from my differential equations class?

dy/dt - [2t/(1+t^2)]y=3

i was on a role with the first couple, but the negative sign is killing me.. i know that the integrating factor should be -(1+t^2), but then i cant get the inverse product role to work nicely.. please caqn someone walk me through this?
 
It looks it's complicated equation mate. I will try to show that equation to my mathematician classmate and try to understand it for you. Keep in touch mate.
